Restaurant staff required for a new aparthotel in the old Fenwicks building
A new restaurant is about to open in Leicester’s aparthotel The Gresham – but it needs to find new staff first.
Black Iron Social will seat up to 80 guests and will take place in The Gresham’s Main Ground Floor Lobby, where it will serve members of the public from 7 a.m. until late with breakfast , brunch, bar snacks and dinner, as well as a selection of handpicked wines, drinks and cocktails.
He is now looking to hire staff for positions such as breakfast supervisor, barista, morning waiters, waiters, waitresses, hosts, assistant managers, supervisors, kitchen concierges and bar staff.

It will host two recruiting events, the first taking place today, Tuesday, September 21, from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. The second event will take place on Monday September 27 from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Both will take place at the City Rooms at Hotel Street, Leicester.
No appointment is required, candidates are instead invited to come with their CV and find out more about the available positions.
Rooms at the Gresham are available for booking from September 30, although no opening date for the restaurant has yet been announced.
Black Iron Social is owned by Leicester entrepreneur Kiran Parmar, whose businesses include The City Rooms and Winstanley House.
Food at the new restaurant will be inspired by ingredients sourced from local suppliers, enhanced by traditional and modern cooking techniques. Using combinations of classic and more distant flavors, the menu promises to be interesting and varied, for everyone.
